Ticket Transfers

If you need to transfer your ticket, there are two simple options:

1. Self-Service:
If you created a password when registering your team, log in below at any time and update the Name, Email, and Phone Number for the new team member.

2. Assisted:
If you’re unable to log in or didn’t set a password, email us at support@beyondconference.com with the following and we will transfer your ticket for you:

         a. Full Name and Email of the current ticketholder who will no longer be attending.

         b. Full Name, Email, Phone Number, and Zip Code of the person who will be receiving the ticket.
