Register Your Booth Staff

As a reminder, Staff Booth Badges are for working booth staff only.

They provide entry to the Tech Hall, all exhibiting areas, networking events, and access to recorded talks post-conference. Booth badges do NOT provide access to Main Stage talks, breakout sessions, experiential activations, or meals.

Please reference your Exhibiting Partnership Agreement for the number of badges you are allocated. You will need to present your photo ID at the time of registration. On-site changes may incur a reprint fee.

Transferring or Canceling Badges

If you need to swap out a team member’s badge for another, there are two simple options:

1. Self-Service:
If you created a password when registering your team, click here to log in at any time and update the Name, Email, and Phone Number for the new team member.

2. Assisted:
If you’re unable to log in or didn’t set a password, please first register your new team member using the "REGISTER" button above. Then email us at support@beyondconference.com with the name of the booth staff who will no longer be attending, so we can ensure you don’t exceed your exhibitor pass allotment.
