How to Register

Important: Please make sure your guests note on the registration form that they received their ticket from your company for verification purposes.

Each pass (valued at $599) includes:

• Access to the Tech Playground and all exhibiting spaces

• Entry to the Dance Party

• Unlimited Danger Coffee throughout the event!

Tech Hall Only Passes do not include access to Main Stage presentations, breakout sessions, or meals.

Transferring Badges

If you need to swap out a tech hall badge for another, there are two simple options:

1. Self-Service:
If you created a password when registering your guest, click here to log in at any time and update the Name, Email, and Phone Number for the new recipient.

2. Assisted*:  
If you’re unable to log in or didn’t set a password, please reach out to us at support@beyondconference.com with the following information:

• Current Ticketholder: Full Name, Email
• Ticket Transfer To: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, and Company Name (if applicable)
  
  *Assisted support available via email until Friday, May 22nd, 2026. During event days, please visit the customer service desk located on the 2nd floor.
